Selection Process:
The selection process includes:
If selected, you will begin your employment at TCS with a fully-paid Initial Learning Program (ILP) conducted at India
for eight weeks. You would then undergo on-the-job training at one of our state-of-the-art solution centers in India for
upto four months. On completion, you will join your TCS teams in Australia to work on pre-selected assignments with clients
who offer a variety of medium or large-sized projects.
